My wife purchased a spa at an expo event at the Sacramento Convention Center. We were skeptical because of some bad reviews. Dennis and Sean did an outstanding job of working with our concerns. They were both helpful in explaining how to operate the spa when it was delivered. The delivery guys were exceptional. They were on time, professional, and careful with our spa and our yard. We hooked up the spa, and it is everything and more than advertised. Great spa! We highly recommend Hot Tub Emporium.

I’ve been lax in writing this review but we have nothing but praise for this business. It started with them having a hot tub to fit our limited available space and explaining how to use the controls and maintain our unit. You could not ask for a better installation crew that took great care not damaging plants or shrubbery in the area. Of all the Hot tub dealers we checked to find the unit that fit our needs this company far out shined the others.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Helped us buy a new cover with great advice. She knew and helped guide us in picking the right density cover without going overboard or paying an unneeded amount more and patiently explained a couple differences I wasn't sure about right away.

We have been very pleased with this business. We had no idea what exactly we were looking for in a hot tub. The sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they were selling and so easy to work with. We never felt pressured into our purchase and were shown many options and different price options. They had a great selection of hot tubs and had a very fast delivery option.

My wife and I always wanted a spa and this was the year we were going to make it happen. After looking at different makers/models of spa’s and reading reviews we went down the Hot Tub& Spa Emporium in Rocklin. We were met by Dennis who really took his time in explain the different features and options of each spa. We finally decided on the Master Spa S Series. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. No pressure sales. We were first time buyers with a lot of questions. Had a few hiccups in set up but Todd was extremely helpful. It is up and beautiful.
